Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking Shift Leaders to support daily operations, coach team members, and deliver an excellent guest experience. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the crew, celebrating wins and providing real-time feedback.

Responsibilities cover team leadership, operational excellence, and driving results. You will train staff, maintain safety and sanitation, and help ensure brand standards are met while focusing on guest satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Previous restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Basic math, writing, and computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Profitability & Results: support sales goals and help drive results; execute operational standards and promotional initiatives; manage cash handling during your shift; ensure products are prepared and served to standard.
