Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily operations, coach team members, and deliver an excellent guest experience. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the crew while celebrating wins and providing real-time feedback.

The role emphasizes coaching, training new staff, ensuring safety and sanitation, and maintaining brand standards while driving results during shifts.

Competenze

• Previous restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Basic math, writing, and computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
