Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking a part-time Assistant Manager for the Harvey, LA area. You will lead shifts, deliver excellent customer service, and support store goals while upholding Domino’s brand standards.

You will participate in RPM training programs, including Pizza College courses, to develop leadership and operational skills. The role involves managing scheduling, labor, safety standards, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and 21 to drive.
• Completed RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
