RPM Pizza in Louisiana is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead high-volume shifts, deliver outstanding customer service, and support store goals. You will coach Team Members, handle scheduling, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards across daily operations.

Successful candidates complete RPM and Domino’s training, including Pizza College courses, with a focus on teamwork and leadership. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
