Job summary

RPM Pizza, a large Domino’s franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store goals under the General Manager. You will train Team Members, ensure safety and sanitation, and uphold brand standards while completing required RPM and Domino’s training programs.

The role requires working nights, weekends, and holidays in a high-volume store, with opportunities for leadership development and participation in RPM College courses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older; 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
