Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old; 21+ to drive.
• Completed RPM training as required (e.g., Freshman class).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate ovens and food preparation tools.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store goals.
