Job summary

RPM Pizza, a Domino’s franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee shifts, deliver excellent customer service, and support store goals while leading Team Members on duty.

You will uphold brand standards, complete Domino’s and RPM training, schedule labor, resolve issues, and partner with the General Manager to drive performance across nights, weekends, and holidays. This role suits a proactive, hands-on leader focused on service excellence and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of RPM training.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food prep tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
