McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Manager to lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly experiences for customers. You will supervise crew and other managers to maintain McDonald’s standards in quality, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Manager to prep for a smooth handover. Open availability and 1 year management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly and provide leadership to crew and other managers to ensure McDonald’s standards are met.
• Oversee food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, and scheduling.
• Manage crew performance, training, and safety and security across shifts.
• Ensure targets are met for shift results and support department goals.
