McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead weekly shifts, ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service, and drive standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness. The role requires leading crew and other managers, monitoring performance, safety, and profitability, and communicating handoffs to the next shift.

Experience in leadership within restaurant or hospitality is preferred; a flexible schedule and a passion for a fast-paced environment are essential.
