Job summary

Burger King® in the United States is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead Team Members on assigned shifts, ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety, and coach the crew to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you will execute the shift plan, motivate others, follow cash controls, manage inventory, and help drive profitability while upholding BK standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants or fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems during busy shifts.
• Commitment to BK standards and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Coach and motivate the crew with feedback and development.
