Burger King® in the United States is seeking an energetic Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead Team Members during your shifts, ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness and safety, and coach in the moment to keep the guest experience exceptional.

You’ll work under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, own shift execution, communicate clearly, and drive results by upholding BK® standards and leading by example.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants or fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems quickly.
• Commitment to BK standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback and supporting development.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and directing workflow.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders.
