Job summary

Atlas Franchise, a Jimmy John’s franchisee in the United States, is seeking an Assistant Manager to guide the team, oversee daily operations, and deliver Freaky fast service. You will train staff, ensure food safety, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and customer-focused service, with opportunities for growth within the company culture and routines. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience running a team, preferably in the food industry.
• Must be a good coach to develop team.
• Must be coachable.
• Must have experience in dealing with customer and employee issues.
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing.
• Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Team Member Handbook Policies and Procedures.

• Prep and make sandwiches (pull meat, prepare veggies, bake bread).
