Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership experience in restaurant or related field.
• Ability to take initiative and own tasks.
• Leads by example and fosters a team mindset.
• Servant leadership mentality and ownership of responsibilities.
• At least 18 years old and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment for all team members.
• Coach, train, and mentor teammates on policies and procedures.
• Maintain Chick-fil-A standards and internal communications.
• Work in Front of House and Kitchen roles to serve guests with excellence.
• Build emotional connections with guests and maintain a clean, orderly restaurant.
• Open/close restaurant and lead the shift as a key holder.
• Identify and address process gaps; use technology to support operations.
