Job summary

Chick-fil-A Waco seeks a Leadership Restaurant Team Member to drive excellent guest experiences and develop internal leadership talent. You will mentor teammates, coach in policies and procedures, and uphold Chick-fil-A standards in both front-of-house and kitchen roles.

The role emphasizes a servant leadership mindset, initiative, and ownership to foster a positive, collaborative workplace and deliver consistently high service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive work environment for everyone.
• Coach, teach, and train team members on policies and procedures.
• Maintain personal knowledge of Chick-fil-A standards from training, stay up-to-date on in-house communications, initiate communications with team personnel to ensure compliance.
• Work in both Front of House and Kitchen Roles to serve guests with excellence.
• Create emotional connections with guests.
• Keep the restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder.
• Identify and mobilize solutions for process execution gaps and/or areas that need attention.
• Use technology to place orders, give feedback, troubleshoot problems, and support restaurant operations.
