Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring a Team Captain (Shift Leader) in Portage, Indiana. You’ll run the floor, set the pace, and keep the Guest experience and quality high while coaching the team around you.

You’ll blend smoothies and prep Power Eats, jump on the register, and own opening/closing with cash handling and shift-level problem solving. The role offers weekly pay with tips and a clear path up to Store Manager. Free uniform and employee smoothie discount on shift, plus flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Some food-service or retail experience, or leadership potential you're ready to grow.
• Dependable, calm under a rush, and great with people.
• Comfortable coaching teammates and owning a shift.
• 18+ preferred for closing-lead duties
