Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring a Team Captain (Shift Leader) in Merrillville, Indiana. You will run the floor, set the pace, and maintain guest experience and quality while coaching the team around you.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, blending smoothies, serving Power Eats, handling the register during rushes, coaching teammates, and owning opening/closing duties with cash handling. This role builds leadership from within our growing stores.

Qualifications

• Some food-service or retail experience, or leadership potential you're ready to grow.
• Dependable, calm under a rush, and great with people.
• Comfortable coaching teammates and owning a shift.
• 18+ preferred for closing-lead duties.
