Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring a Team Captain (Shift Leader) in Indiana to run the floor, set the pace, and ensure guest experience and quality while coaching the team. You’ll blend smoothies, prep Power Eats, handle the register, open/close shifts, and solve problems on the floor.

This role offers weekly pay, potential raises up to $1/hr, free uniform and employee smoothie discount, flexible scheduling, and a real path up to Store Manager across our stores.

• Some food-service or retail experience, or leadership potential you're ready to grow
• Dependable, calm under a rush, and great with people
• Comfortable coaching teammates and owning a shift
• 18+ preferred for closing-lead duties
