Job summary

Smoothie King, a leader in healthy nutrition with 1,100+ stores, seeks a Team Captain (Shift Leader) to run shifts, coach staff, and ensure top guest experience.

You’ll blend smoothies, handle the register during rushes, and own opening/closing tasks while upholding quality standards across the team.

Qualifications

• Some food-service or retail experience, or leadership potential you're ready to grow
• Dependable, calm under a rush, and great with people
• Comfortable coaching teammates and owning a shift
• 18+ preferred for closing-lead duties

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts from the floor — direct the team, set the pace, keep quality and cleanliness high
• Blend smoothies and prep/serve our Power Eats food (flatbreads, chicken bites, oven)
• Jump on the register and into the rush when it counts
• Coach and train Team Members; model a "Guest comes first" attitude
• Own opening/closing, cash handling, and shift-level problem solving
