Smoothie King is hiring a Team Captain (Shift Leader) to run shifts, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll blend smoothies, handle cash, and lead the team during busy periods, while upholding our standards of quality and service.

Qualifikationen

• Some food-service or retail experience, or leadership potential you're ready to grow.
• Dependable, calm under a rush, and great with people.
• Comfortable coaching teammates and owning a shift.
• 18+ preferred for closing-lead duties.
