Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring a Team Captain (Shift Leader) to supervise daily operations, manage the flow of guests, and coach team members to maintain high quality and service. You’ll lead shifts on the floor, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold cleanliness standards while addressing guest needs.

Ideal candidates have some food-service or retail experience, strong people skills, and an ability to stay calm under pressure. Growth into Store Manager roles is available across our stores.

Qualifications

• Some food-service or retail experience, or leadership potential you're ready to grow.
• Dependable, calm under a rush, and great with people.
• Comfortable coaching teammates and owning a shift.
• 18+ preferred for closing-lead duties.

• Lead shifts from the floor — direct the team, set the pace, keep quality and cleanliness high
• Blend smoothies and prep/serve our Power Eats food (flatbreads, chicken bites, oven)
• Jump on the register and into the rush when it counts
• Coach and train Team Members; model a "Guest comes first" attitude
• Own opening/closing, cash handling, and shift-level problem solving
