Job summary

Chick-fil-A Western Center Blvd seeks a Shift Leader to direct daily store activities in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. You will open/close the store, supervise team members, handle cash tasks, and resolve customer issues while maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, English proficiency, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in basic math and English literacy is required.
• Ability to train team members and supervise operations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Direct and monitor day-to-day activities of store team members.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer complaints, including exchanges and refunds.
• Conduct front end administrative procedures and cash handling.
• Complete electronic store reports and conduct bag/video checks.
• Perform cashier duties when necessary.
• Escalate employee issues to Store Manager or District Manager.
• Respond to vendors and manage deliveries.
• Stock within all departments and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Handle emergency procedures and protect property and funds.
• Participate in hiring panels when needed and perform other duties.
