Responsibilities

• Manages the operation of the stores to achieve maximum sales performance during shifts.
• Ensures store is adequately staffed and new employees are trained.
• Store is properly merchandised and clean.
• Cash registers have adequate change reserves and assist cashier when needed.
• Implements customer service program and trains staff.
• Provides safety guidelines and reports safety concerns to the store manager.
• Maintains daily performance reports and handles disciplinary actions as directed.
• Maintains attendance records and enforces procedures for banking and cash handling.
• Ensures shopping carts are in the store at closing and conducts closing procedures.
• Prepares production area for next shift and manages donations handling.
