Job summary

Burger King in Troy, AL is hiring a Shift Leader to guide a Team Members during each shift, drive service speed, and uphold brand standards.

You’ll receive hands-on leadership training, opportunities for advancement, and the chance to build strong guest experiences while working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Strong guest service and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members across every workstation during your shift.
• Drive speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cash control, security procedures, and inventory accuracy.
