Job summary

Burger King Store 21471 is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, coach team members, and ensure fast, friendly service. You will manage station coverage, drive speed and accuracy, and maintain store standards during your shift.

We seek 18+ applicants with a HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years in quick service. Evenings, weekends, holidays and irregular shifts are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.

Responsibilities
