Job summary

Burger King in Jasper, AL is hiring a Shift Leader to supervise a fast-paced restaurant shift, coach Team Members, and ensure smooth operations across all stations. This role is a stepping stone into restaurant management with hands-on leadership experience.

You'll help drive guest satisfaction, manage cash controls, uphold brand standards, and participate in training with your General Manager and Assistant Managers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Strong guest service and team leadership skills.
