Luna Grill is seeking a Shift Leader in California, Texas, or Arizona to lead on the floor, inspire teams, and create exceptional guest moments. This hands-on role emphasizes real-time leadership and keeping shifts running smoothly.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll guide a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and collaborate with the kitchen to maintain service flow and food quality. A fast-paced, people-centered brand offers growth and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or guest service supervisory experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leader who guides by example.
• Able to multitask, organize, and coach under pressure.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example while serving guests and supporting your team.
• Act as person in charge; handle daily operations and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee front-of-house operations for a clean, welcoming environment.
• Deliver hospitality, resolve guest issues promptly, ensure great visits.
• Coach and motivate team members in real time to Luna Grill standards.
• Support inventory counts, shift recaps, and basic administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the kitchen to maintain service flow and food quality.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and labor policies.
