Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or guest service experience in a supervisory or leadership role is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communicator and problem solver.
• Hands-on leader who leads by example and can coach under pressure.
• Excellent at multitasking, organizing, and managing shift performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example while serving guests and supporting your team.
• Act as person in charge; handle daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team deployment.
• Oversee front-of-house operations to ensure a clean, efficient, welcoming environment.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality, resolve guest issues promptly and make every visit memorable.
• Coach and motivate team members in real time to uphold Luna Grill’s standards.
• Support with inventory counts, shift recaps, and basic administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to maintain service flow and food quality.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and labor policies.
