Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant supervisory or leadership experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communicator and problem-solver.
• Hands-on leader who leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example while serving guests and supporting your team.
• Handle daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team deployment.
• Oversee front-of-house operations to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
• Deliver hospitality, resolve guest issues promptly, and ensure a great visit.
• Coach and motivate team members in real time to uphold Luna Grill's standards.
• Assist with inventory counts, shift recaps, and basic admin tasks.
• Collaborate with kitchen to maintain service flow and food quality.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and labor policies.
