Job summary

Luna Grill is seeking energetic Shift Leaders to inspire teams, deliver great guest experiences, and run smooth floor operations across California, Texas, and Arizona. This hands-on role leads by example, coordinates front-of-house and kitchen support, and keeps shifts organized and welcoming.

Qualifications include 1–3 years in a supervisory restaurant role, strong communication, multitasking, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or guest service experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communicator and problem solver.
• Hands-on leader who leads by example.
• Excellent at multitasking, organizing, and coaching under pressure.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example while serving guests and supporting your team.
• Act as the person in charge—handle daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team deployment.
• Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality, resolve guest issues promptly, and make every visit a great experience.
• Coach and motivate team members in real time to uphold Luna Grill’s standards.
• Support with inventory counts, shift recaps, and basic administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain service flow and food quality.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, sanitation, and labor policies.
