Krispy Kreme in Sevierville, TN is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run the shop with a focus on safety, quality and guest experience. You will oversee a shift and partner with shop leadership to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Ideal candidates have two years of relevant experience and at least one year supervising a team. You will lead a high-performing hourly crew, assist with scheduling, onboarding, and training, and contribute to a welcoming culture where every employee feels

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
