Job summary

Donatos Pizza is seeking a Shift Lead to coordinate shift operations, coach associates, and ensure service excellence. You will open/close the store, manage paperwork, and supervise execution of Donatos standards during the shift.

You will guide team members to deliver accurate orders on time, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and monitor costs and labor during your shift. This role emphasizes leadership and hands-on operational control at the restaurant level.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential functions safely while meeting productivity standards.
• Basic math and reading skills necessary.
• Able to stand and/or walk entire shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Occasional bending and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift operations and coach associates to meet Donatos standards of service.
• Open or close the store and complete required paperwork for shift coordination.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered within promised times.
• Lead the team to deliver Donatos service behaviors and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Train associates on cash control procedures and Donatos policies during the shift.
• Monitor food cost components (waste, prep, weights, portioning, theft) and manage shifts accordingly.
• Provide a positive team environment and model Donatos performance standards.
