KwikFill is seeking a Shift Leader to support the location Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations. This entry-level role trains you to advance into an Assistant Manager position and may involve stepping into leadership during weekends.

You will supervise, stock, and cash operations while ensuring customer service, safety, and policy compliance in a typical retail convenience store setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Convenience store experience is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Dependable transportation not relying on a third party is needed.

Responsibilities

• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register with accuracy.
• Stock and face merchandise, including shelves and backrooms.
• Maintain store standards and health department policies.
• Manage cash and daily transactions in the absence of managers.
