Job summary

KwikFill is seeking a Shift Leader in a retail convenience store setting. The role supports the location Manager and assumes day-to-day operations, especially in the absence of the Manager.

Expect 1–2 weekends per month in management duties as you develop toward an Assistant Manager role. Essential duties include greeting customers, processing transactions, stocking, and ensuring store policies are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Prior convenience store experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to multitask and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Greet customers and assist with purchases.
• Operate cash register and scanning equipment accurately.
• Stock and face merchandise; manage shelving and backroom areas.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with health and safety rules.
• Handle cash and daily transactions accurately; monitor shortages/overages.
