Responsibilities

Open and close the store according to procedures and security measures.
Manage cash handling processes including cash register operations, deposits, and reconciliation.
Provide exceptional customer service and support sales efforts.
Supervise and support team members during shifts and enforce policies.
Conduct routine inspections of the premises to maintain safety, cleanliness, and readiness.
Report incidents, discrepancies, or maintenance needs to management promptly.
Assist in inventory management and receiving shipments.
