Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as a key holder.
• Support the General Manager in reaching sales goals.
• Lead customer service efforts and resolve issues professionally.
• Train and guide associates.
• Delegate daily tasks and coordinate breaks.
• Assist with visual merchandising.
• Perform register overrides and cash reconciliation.
• Follow and promote loss prevention procedures.
