Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant employees and operations, delivering excellent customer service and supporting managers to keep our facilities well-maintained and running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, knowledgeable about store operations, and aligned with PFJ's commitment to quality and guest experience.

Pay starts between $14.95 and $22.22 per hour. Requires previous restaurant operations experience, strong calculator and computer skills,

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant operations experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with calculator and computer/POS systems.
• Able to work with a team and communicate across levels.
• Able to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Background check is required.
