Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and support management. You will deliver strong customer service, guide team members, and ensure facilities run smoothly, maintaining PFJ's commitment to quality and guest experience.

The role requires flexibility to cover nights, days, weekends and holidays, with pay starting between $14.16 and $20.58 per hour; benefits include medical, retirement, and other company programs. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store.
• Keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly while supporting managers with tasks.
