Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant staff and daily operations, ensuring friendly customer service and smooth service flow. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to assist managers with tasks, and knowledgeable about PFJ's commitment to quality and service.

This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with pay rates starting between $14.16 and $20.58 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the restaurant.
• Respond to the needs of customers with excellent service and maintain PFJ's quality standards.
• Assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.
