Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Broomall, PA is seeking an Immediate Shift Leader to supervise a crew of up to 10 Team Members, ensure quality and food safety, and maintain smooth operations during peak and non-peak hours.

You will delegate tasks, communicate effectively with the team, manage cash, and stay aware of health inspections and Steritech standards while delivering a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring proper quality (Quality Control or QC) of food and service
• Ensuring the practice of proper food safety and handling by the Team
• Communication with the Team in an efficient and proper manner
• Identifying and dealing with current and potential problems
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness during both peak and non-peak hours of business
• Proper delegation of tasks pertaining to all of the above
• Being fully aware of how Secret Shops, Health Inspections, and Steritech are conducted
• Cash management/handling
• Shift Management (Overseeing a crew of up to 10 Team Members)
