You will communicate with the Team, delegate tasks, monitor cleanliness during peak and non-peak hours, and support cashiering and shift management while upholding health inspections standards.

Responsibilities

• Quality control of food and service
• Ensure proper food safety and handling by the team

• Identify and address current and potential problems
• Maintain organization and cleanliness during peak and non-peak hours
• Delegate tasks pertaining to responsibilities
• Be aware of how Secret Shops, Health Inspections, and Steritech are conducted
• Cash management/handling
• Shift management overseeing up to 10 team members
