Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Willow Grove, PA is seeking an Immediate Shift Leader to help oversee a crew and ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

You will manage shift operations, supervise up to 10 team members, ensure food safety, delegate tasks, and maintain cleanliness during peak and off-peak hours. On-the-job training and flexible scheduling provided.

Responsibilities

• Quality control of food and service
• Ensure proper food safety and handling by the team
• Communicate with the team efficiently and effectively
• Identify and address current and potential problems
• Maintain organization and cleanliness during peak and non-peak hours
• Delegate tasks pertaining to all of the above
• Be aware of how Secret Shops, Health Inspections, and Steritech are conducted
• Cash management/handling
• Shift management overseeing a crew of up to 10 team members

Five Guys Burgers and Fries - Immediate Shift Leader Position

As well as being proficient in all areas of the restaurant, the Shift Leader is also responsible for but to limited to:

• 1. Ensuring proper quality (Quality Control or QC) of food and service
• 2.Ensuring the practice of proper food safety and handling by the Team
• 3.Communication with the Team in an efficient and proper manner
• 4.Identifying and dealing with current and potential problems
• 5.Maintaining organization and cleanliness during both peak andnon peak hours of business
• 6.Proper delegation of tasks pertaining to all of the above
• 7. Being full aware of how Secret Shops, Health Inspections, and Steritech are conducted
• 8. Cash management/handling
• 9. Shift Management (Overseeing a crew of up to 10 Team Members)
