Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking an Immediate Shift Leader in Pennsylvania to oversee a crew of up to 10, ensuring quality and food safety while maintaining cleanliness on all shifts.

You will delegate tasks, communicate effectively with the team, handle cash, and stay aware of health inspections and mystery shop protocols. Leadership in a fast-casual setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and ensure quality of food and service
• Enforce proper food safety and handling by team members
• Communicate with team in an efficient and proper manner
• Identify and address current and potential problems

• Proper delegation of tasks pertaining to above responsibilities
• Be fully aware of Secret Shops, Health Inspections, and Steritech procedures
• Cash management and handling
• Shift management of up to 10 team members
