Five Guys Burgers and Fries | AZ FGT Operations is seeking a high-energy Shift Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will be the face of the restaurant, driving service quality, food prep, and day-to-day operations to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising a team, delivering exceptional customer service, managing cash, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area. We offer flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a customer service role.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
