Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing
• Experience on production lines and safety culture
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Promptly address safety issues or incidents.
• Manage attendance, vacation, and performance management.
• Staffing and training plans within assigned shift.
• Daily touchpoints with line associates to support Run to Excellence and TPM.
• Provide regular feedback to associates and conduct 1:1 meetings.
• Ensure effective communication between production associates and management.
