Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform duties of all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines for dough management, portioning, and product prep.
• Contributes to meeting product goals and handles customer needs in line with TM handbook policies.
• Exemplifies core values, maintains a positive attitude and teamwork.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct issues.
• Maintains quality, service, costs, cleanliness and overall shift operations.
• Uses company systems to manage cash and inventory to minimize loss.
