Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Serv-Safe or state/local food service certification is preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service.
• Adhere to guidelines for each station and manage product preparation and holding times.
• Contribute to achieving company goals by meeting customer needs and maintaining policies.
• Ensure adequate shift coverage and feedback to correct issues, while managing costs and cleanliness.
• Assist in inventory management and cash handling using company systems.
