Job summary

Team Lyders Payroll Inc, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations and uphold brand standards. You will supervise team members, assist in training, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace while delivering a consistent guest experience.

In this role you’ll execute routines to ensure operational efficiency, manage inventory and safety, handle cash tasks, and coach staff for service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assist with administrative duties, including back-office organization.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Manage equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
