MotoMart is seeking a Shift Leader in Ohio to supervise daily store operations and lead a team. The role offers hands-on leadership experience with a clear path toward Assistant Manager and Store Manager.

You will supervise staff, ensure policy adherence, and drive efficiency, customer service, and store maintenance. Eligible for benefits and weekly pay as part of a fast-paced Midwest retail environment.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must consent to and clear a pre-employment background check.
• Must possess an active valid driver's license with access to a registered, insured vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Be an excellent team leader and guide the store team to maintain high standards and policies; train and encourage staff for growth.
• Supervise store operations, assign tasks, reinforce procedures, and ensure productivity, courtesy, cleanliness, and safety.
• Keep the premises presentable, address customer and employee concerns, and deter theft.
• Execute store promotions and on-site advertising, monitor competitors’ pricing, and report daily sales and operations.
• Maintain building and equipment; inspect store systems and premises.
• Assist with other functions such as car wash, gaming rooms, and drive-throughs if applicable.
