MotoMart is seeking a Shift Leader to grow into management roles across our Midwest network of stores. You will lead the store team, supervise daily operations, and uphold company standards while promoting promotions and on-site advertising.

The role offers hands-on leadership experience with potential advancement to Assistant Manager and Store Manager, along with benefits and the chance to contribute to a welcoming community-focused store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must consent to and clear a pre-employment background check.
• Must possess an active valid driver's license with access to a registered, insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Be an excellent team leader, with interest in becoming a future Assistant Manager and Store Manager. Train, guide, and encourage the store team to adhere to policies and maintain our high standards.
• Provide supervision of the store, assign tasks, reinforce procedures, correct behaviors, and ensure productivity, courtesy, cleanliness, and safety.
• Keep the premises looking great, attend to customer and employee concerns, and control theft.
• Execute store promotions and on-site advertising, survey competitors’ pricing, and report daily sales and operations.
• Ensure that the building and equipment are maintained, and inspect and test store systems, equipment and premises.
• Assist with other functions such as car wash, gaming rooms, and drive throughs if applicable.
