MotoMart is hiring a Shift Leader in the Midwest to join our team and oversee daily store operations. You will lead and train staff, ensure high standards of service, and drive promotional activities while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must consent to and clear a pre-employment background check.
• Must possess an active valid driver's license with access to a registered, insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the store team, aiming for future Assistant Manager and Store Manager roles.
• Supervise store operations, assigning tasks, enforcing procedures, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Address customer and employee concerns, prevent theft, and maintain productivity and courtesy.
• Execute promotions and on-site advertising, monitor competitor pricing, and report daily sales and operations.
• Ensure building and equipment are well maintained, inspect systems, and manage premises.
• Assist with other functions such as car wash, gaming rooms, and drive-throughs where applicable.
